Compliance Monitoring
Companies cannot mislead about their goods and services—and publicly-traded companies cannot misinform their shareholders on matters of material importance. TAB tracks corporate disclosures and reports inconsistencies to appropriate federal and state agencies as needed.
Analysis & Reporting
TAB commissions and conducts in-depth analysis of companies' reporting and disclosures for institutional investors and other stakeholders.
Board Assessments
Board members can sometimes become ineffective at growing shareholder value or delivering on their commitments. In such cases, TAB may nominate our own qualified candidates (or work with other investors to do so), or address board deficiencies in other ways.
